"[...] there was little conversation in the Welsh changing shed afterwards as the players were both physically and emotionally drained.
"It was a pretty quiet place, the guys were obviously knackered," he said.
"It's tough playing 60 minutes of international rugby when you've got 15 players, so when you've got 14 it's one of the hardest things you can do.
"No one gave up for a minute, the boys put everything into it and left nothing out there and that showed in the changing room. There were empty bodies in there."
